Ease is a watch app that allows people to take a proactive approach towards managing stress.
Initially, Ease was aimed at addressing men’s mental health. Along the way I realized that everyone experiences stress and experiences it differently.
Ease was created to help people manage their stress mindfully and actively.
The effects of stress build up over time which can lead to physical and mental health risks.
I believe that by relieving a person’s high resting heart rate I will achieve a decrease in stress. I know this to be true when people feel less overwhelmed and irritated.
