When a customer places an order for a customized Rambler, YETI Custom Shop requires a customer to review and explicitly state approval on each mark for each item in order to reduce production marking mistakes and discrepancies in customer expectations.
Prepared Designs, Text, and Monogram artwork are considered "approved" by the customer when they place their order. Any custom artwork that is uploaded requires additional steps to acquire customer approval for the final design. All revisions require customer approval.
The current process is cumbersome and all tasks are manual, which require more time and effort from the CSG and CS Art team to process an order.
We believe that by automating the art approval workflow the CSG and CS Art team will be able to focus on customer service. We know this to be true when they work less on manual operational tasks.
